Clauses

Using Mnemo

Mnemo is a personal archive for things you want to remember. You file an entry, choose how often to revisit it, and the app reminds you when it is due. Everything stays on your device. Mnemo is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the content you file. Because entries never leave your device, you should keep your own backups if the material matters to you — deleting the app deletes the archive.

No account

Mnemo has no account system and no server. There is nothing to log in to and no profile stored anywhere but your device.

Quills and perks

Quills are an optional in-app currency. They are consumable: you buy a pack, and Quills are deducted when you use a perk. Some perks apply once to the next export; others stay active for a fixed number of days and then expire on their own.

Quills are not restorable. If you delete the app, any unused balance and active perks are removed with it. All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms; refunds are handled through Apple.

Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you file. Mnemo claims no rights over it, and because the content is never uploaded, there is nothing for us to review, share or publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mnemo to store material that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. The app is a local tool and we have no ability to monitor its contents.

Availability

Mnemo is provided “as is”. We do not promise that the app will be free of interruptions or errors. Features may change between versions.

Termination

You may stop using Mnemo at any time. “Delete Account” in the Me tab erases all app data from your device.

Changes to this agreement

Continued use of Mnemo after a change means you accept the updated agreement. The current version is always posted here.
